Monster hike. Drove through from Glasgow to Helensburgh and then Matthias took us to the hill in Dad's car. Really long day, hard steep hike up to the power station and then progressed up to the horseshoe. The weather was pretty rubbish in terms of visibility off the ridge but a few glimpses of a really good view towards the end. Saw a tiny little frog. Jess and Lucy didn't like the height at points but overall a good hike, just exhausting at 7h+ and left me with what I think was achilles tendonitis for 2 weeks after. Watched Scotland get kicked out the Euros by Hungary at Drovers Inn after with a pint.
